Rooms at Pounder Hall consist of one room, studio, two-room and suites.

Each room offers a full, private bathroom, most with walk-in showers (tubs available), large updated windows with drapes and refrigerator.
Each room also comes with a free storage locker. All parking is free.


All utilities are included (heat, air conditioning, electric, water)

There is NO entry fee. NO lease is required.

Cost of each room is determined by room size.
