No, Pounder Hall does not charge an entry fee. The only upfront cost is a security deposit equal to one month’s rent, due at signing.
3. Are pets allowed?
Yes! Small pets, including cats, are welcome at no additional cost. Dogs are considered on a case-by-case basis.
4. Is there a parking fee?
No, there is no charge for parking. Residents and their guests park for free.
5. How long does it take to move in?
The process is quick and straightforward. Paperwork and approvals typically take one to two weeks from start to finish.
6. What is required to move in?
To move in, residents must complete the application process and provide a security deposit equal to the first month’s rent. Once approved, move-in can happen shortly after.
